I hope everyone is doing well. I am facing an issue with my FBA shipment (Shipment ID: FBA15K9K08HN) that was shipped on May 1st, 2025. According to the carrier’s proof of delivery, the shipment was successfully delivered to the DXB5 Dubai South fulfillment center. However, the shipment status in Seller Central has been stuck on “In Transit” and has not updated to “Delivered” or “Received” even after more than two weeks.
I have already contacted Amazon Seller Support and shared the proof of delivery, but the status has not changed yet. The support team mentioned that the internal team is investigating this issue and advised me to wait 24 - 48 hours, but it has been longer now.
This delay is affecting my inventory availability and business operations. I kindly request anyone who has faced a similar issue or has knowledge about resolving such delays to please guide me on what steps I can take next.
