Hi guys, my account was deactivated due to IP claims. I have submitted invoices from the suppliers that Amazon keep refusing but the invoices clearly states the suppliers details, products purchased and the quantities.
Are they a proper supplier that doesnt also sell to retail?
As above - if they are from a retailer - you might struggle - but provided you have wholesaler invoices - try marking up the invoices with the ASIN to identify the product.
Amazon seller support don't understand that companies outside of amazon don't use the ASIN as a SKU.
