Documents verification fail by amazon

hello all
i was registered on amazon as individual account and was doing fba on amazon uk. then i tried to convert my account to business details like entity changed from individual to business. again verification process started by amazon. i provided my company letter of incorporation, confirmation statement proof of address, initially i di not provided company’s article of association but afterwards i did also provide it to amazon. amazon then asked me to provide again primary contact details and place of birth document or passport which i did along with credit card statement. but after few days my account got deactivated and when i made an appeal they also reject it. moreover they did not tell me that which document is missing or i need to provide any further document. i am unable to have call conversation as i get an" Internal error message" on page.
i do want to appeal again but i want to know if i need to submit any other document?
please help me out in this case. i also have FBA inventory in amazon.
