Disbursement Issues

I’ve been selling on Amazon since December 20th, and have yet to receive a disbursement. I have supposed to receive it on the 4th, then 12th, then 16th, then 20th and then the 23rd and it keeps getting canceled, delayed or it's just says started and not moves. I have reached out and submitted over 20 cases and they state they will “escalate” it and someone will call or email me in 24-48 hours and nobody reaches out. Worst service ever and done selling with Amazon

Look on Payments ...

Does it show Deferred Payments or Invoiced Orders? These will be paid after the payment has been made to Amazon (about 30 days).

Does it show Account Level Reserve? This is the amount that Amazon is electing to hold to ensure your transactions do not have any issues (issues that might mean a refund or charge back). Amazon does this with new accounts and when they feel the activity is unusual (like a sudden spike in sales of an item).

In both cases, you will get paid as each condition meets the requirements for the funds to be released.

An additional note ... try to refrain from opening multiple cases to seller support on the same issue as this can sometimes cause your account to be ban from creating additional cases. If the 1st and 2nd case doesn't get results or answers, we suggest asking the forum members as you did here for their input and advice.

Good Luck on your Amazon adventure.

Hi @Seller_FKu5HCNSoLmUq,

Thanks for the post and sorry to hear about your troubles. An amount is kept in hold to regard any claims or chargebacks. I took a peak at your case and Seller Support provided you with a response regarding the individual amount you have in account level reserve.
