Hello
I sold 2000 units Cerave products.Last week a customer made a negative review and my account deactivated
automatically.Totally i sold 4500 units products so far and only have 3 negative review in "voice of
customer".
Feedback manager is perfect...all 5 stars.
In account health, i dont have even 1 violation.
I sent hundreds of invoice from Amazon US where i bought products.
But its told "there is no enough information to reactivate my account"
I am FBA seller and all my products are in Amazon warehouse. It can be easily understood that my products
are original.
Now this Cerave product ( B09LKXR62L) which i sell alone has no seller and it was selling 30 units daily.
Amazon UK are known to not accept invoices from Amazon US.
Did you buy from Amazon business or on the normal consumer website?
The ASIN you've posted doesn't seem to be a Cerave product so i assume it's not the right ASIN.
It does seem strange though that a Cerave product would only have one seller on Amazon. Is it perhaps not available in the UK? Or was it listed under a different brand name? You were selling lots of different products where the brand name didn't match the product so if that's the case then it would compound matters.
A few potential issues with the listing:
The title states the contents as an imperial measurement, for the Uk/EU markets that should be metric.
A huge list of ingredients, are they all allowed in the UK market? Even if so the product maybe formulated differently for different markets so Amazon will remove the listing of products destined for the US market being sold in the UK.
Buying from Amazon to sell on Amazon is fraught with danger. Some sellers insist Amazon accept their own invoices while others find they do not, interestingly given all the threads on the subject I have never seen clarification either way from a forum mod which adds to the ambiguity. I suspect it may be catagory specific eg a drawing pin is a drawing pin the world over but foodstuffs, beauty products etc maybe formulated differently due to local laws or customer preferences in different markets.
Then there is the obvious elephant in the room question. If Amazon sell the item themselves in the US and the item is a good seller in the UK then why isn't Amazon selling the product themselves in the UK? There must be a reason.
I think you need to post the original screenshot or information regarding the suspension. It could be a number of things, authenticity as you mention, velocity review ? depending on the age of your sales or a number of things such as invoice requirements.
But we would need to see what the exact deactivation notice says I am afraid.
