Do you have a trademark? You can only register a brand if you have a valid or pending trademark for the brand.

This is a sellers forum and we are sellers like you - your post infers you are talking to (and SHOUTING at) Amazon, when you are not.

Register you brand/trademark with the UK IPO, then once you have your trademark number you can register for Brand Registry on Amazon.

Details can be found in Seller University and Seller Help - just search for Brand Registry

First of all, we're not amazon, we are seller like you. You will need to register a logo/brand with the UK IPO, this will cost you around £170. Once you have paid/applied for this you can register with brand registry on amazon with a number the UK IPO gives you.

I would suggest not uploading any products before you are brand registered, as changing the brand from "generic" to your actual brand is a massive headache.

Hope you are well as Postees1 highlighted the company name being registered is not enough to gain brand access.

Please review the requirements for brand:

https://brandservices.amazon.co.uk/brandregistry/eligibility

"Brands must have a pending or registered and active text-based or image-based trademark.

To be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enrol "

a quick search of the trademark register does not bring up an trademark called OOPSIE DAISY BOUTIQUE. This would suggest that it is not a registered trademark. If this is the case it does not meet the requiements to be a brand on Amazon

If you are able to register for Amazon Handmade, rather than Amazon (I was on Amazon before Handmade and applied when they brought it in) then you should automatically qualify for Brand Registry without a trademark.

When I got accepted for Handmade, my products moved to the handmade category - well some of them anyway, there's still a few that don't seem to have made it there, lol - but when Brand Registry came in, I suddenly found that I had it without doing anything.

There are restrictions on what is handmade, ie whether you use too much machinery etc in your business, but it's worth trying to see if you qualify. Especially as the £25 +VAT monthly fee is currently waived.
