Account Under Review

Hello there

My account is under review and I am unsure why. I am a new seller. All my orders have been shipped and delivery confirmed.

But Amazon have put my account under review until buyers leave feedback for their items. Now I have bought many from amazon personally and I have never thought about giving a review. So my first question is what if buyers never leave a review? Will my account remain under review?

My second question is does this happen to all new sellers? My account health is fully green and “Good”. I have 0 A-Z claims or policy violoations so my account is in good standing so I am really confused as to why my account is under review?

Can anyone help me please?

yes its completely normal - amazon just want to make sure your customers are receiving their goods
DO you upload tracking information when you despatch an item ?
