I'm reaching out to see if any new FBA sellers have encountered the problem I'm currently facing. Here’s my story:
My product was shipped to the USA and checked in on June 16. Since then, it has been transferred across the country to various fulfillment centers. When it was partially checked in (306 out of 504 units available), my listing was still inactive (out of stock status). I contacted support, and they said I needed identity verification, which I completed the next day. However, my product has since been in Stranded Inventory with the status "Item Discontinued."
My product hasn't been on sale at all, as I wasn't able to start selling due to this issue. Recently, they found an ASIN mismatch: in Manage Inventory, I have one ASIN, but in Stranded Inventory, I have a different ASIN. Now, I see that my product will be disposed of on August 31 without ever being on sale.
I'm trying to resolve this with the support team, but they keep giving me generic answers. I'm concerned that all my products will be discarded. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you manage to resolve it?
