Case log option disappeared!

I just realized now that the case log or any chat/email function of Amazon.de sellercentral HELP disappeared… So how can I get help if it’s something not on their suggested articles? I need to talk to a real person, not an AI… Please share if you know a solution. Thanks in advance.
