Had virtual interview. Went well. Should have been emailed "in about 30 min". Still waiting for that email after a month!
I had my virtual interview about a month ago. I answered all the agent's qquestions, and shoed all the docs he requested. He seemed happy, and said I should receive an email in about 30 min, but it could take longer. A month later, my account is still deactivated, as it has been since Dec 2023 total. About 7 months. There are lots of accounts like mine.
The first reason I can think of is Amazon drastically understaff this process, and no body there really cares, despite crying electronic crocodile tears, "we are here to help".
It could be an error,, but if so, please would you fix it asap?
It could be my account says it is in good health for Canada and the US, but not Mexico, hence it is deactivated everywhere. How could I fix that if it is the reason.
If there is anyone at Account Health on Amazon reading these message (I doubt it for most of the time, though once in Jan I did have a helpful call from John in Account Health there, no word since), would you please help me get this fixed? I am only one email away, I think.
It is not helpful that the threads on all the other messages I have put in this forum have been closed. Why? There has been no resolution.

The agent will always be thankful and happy taking whatever you send. That doesn't mean anything. Did they request invoices? If so, were they from brand approved, wholesale, B2B ONLY distributors?
Did they ask for a LOA from brands? If so, did the LOA state you are authorized to sell that brand ON AMAZON?
