UPS Pick Up Confirmation?
Hi all
First timer shipping to FBA, I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything as I haven’t recieved any sort of confirmation about UPS/when UPS are coming to collect. Amazon gave an estimated cost which I accepted, and my plan says “working” in the queue, and I have been given a reference for tracking. I’m guessing I just wait for them to come now, and I don’t get an email confirmation on any estimated times/dates? I put in Friday 11th but not sure if that will be when they come to collect

Have you been on the UPS site to schedule a collection with the reference Amazon gave you? They won’t come without that.

As @ThomasCulpeper explained you need to organise a pick up with UPS which is very simple.
If you click this link this will give you the Schedule a Parcel Collection page on the UPS website. You need to enter the relevant information and enter the 1Z… tracking number that is generated when you complete your shipping plan in Amazon. You will get confirmation from UPS once the collection form is completed
