My Account Has Been Deactivated - Need Help and Suggestions
Hi everyone,
My Amazon seller account was recently deactivated and all my listings were removed. The message I received from Amazon stated that they were unable to verify information about my account or receive any new information regarding my listings or sales history. However, I haven't been given specific details on what information is missing or needs to be verified.
Here's what I've done so far to try and resolve the issue:
Contacted Amazon Seller Support but haven't received a clear response yet.
Reviewed all the documents I provided when opening my account and prepared all potentially necessary documents.
I'm reaching out to the community for help and suggestions from anyone who has faced a similar issue or has experience with account reactivation. Could you please guide me on what steps I can take to get my account reactivated?

You will not get any specific reason from Amazon. What have you sent or what did they ask for documents? Do all the names and addresses match as to what you used to sign up with? Do you have a valid credit card on file, not a debit card?

When Amazon cannot verify information during the video call, and the investigation concludes that reactivation is not possible due to suspected deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, it means the investigation is complete and only new documents will be reviewed from now on.
If you believe your account was deactivated in error, you have the option to submit a new appeal. When doing so, please avoid sending any previously rejected documents, as these will most likely be denied. Additional details cannot be shared.
Ensure that your new appeal includes fresh, unaltered and accurate information to support your case.
