A to Z Claim help is needed

Hello, @Glenn_Amazon @Danny_Amazon

Hope this email finds you well

I am extremely disappointed by the A to Z claim team as they cannot understand my issue or they did not believe my sayings

The buyer for order 114-480844-7496215 filed an A-to-Z claim stating that he did not get his parcel. Upon investigating with USPS, we found that the tracking number RB027805378CY and the parcel has been successfully delivered to the buyer on time May 8, 2025. Furthermore, USPS provided me a POD (proof of delivery) that the parcel was delivered to the correct address and also was signed by the buyer.

I demand this A to Z claim not to affect my metrics and also my account to be credited back with the refunded amount for the following reasons:

1. The parcel was delivered on May 8, 2025

2. The tracking number is RB027805378CY

3. Proof of delivery obtained by USPS was sent to A to Z claim team but nothing happened

Waiting for your kind action taken in resolving this issue at utmost

Kind regards,

Mario

doesn't matter one bit when it was delivered. Was it, as shown on the carrier's website, received by the carrier by the ship by date?

Ah, I see you shipped international. Even signature delivery will offer you little to no protection from fraud....

Hey there @Seller_171whtfaYxvhd- and thanks for posting about this claim experience here on the seller forums.

As I view the specifics of this order, I do see the needed ship by date was marked as 14-April, which does not appear to have been met when viewing the associated tracking number. Per the policy page on A-to-z Claims:

"Amazon will automatically grant the claim and debit the claim amount from your account in the following circumstances:

This does help explain how the policy was applied in this case, but please let me know if you have any further questions on this claim.

Best,

Danny
