Seller Support unresponsive?
Hello,
I submitted a seller support case with Amazon more than 24 hours ago and I still did not get any answer. I then submitted another case and still no answer.
Is this normal? This is the first time this happens to me. I usually get an answer within the 12 hours time frame.

It seems to be normal during this time of year, they tend to have a backlog to work through due to the holidays.

You should get an answer within 48 hours but I updating the ticket can often push you back.
All cases I have opened are usually responded within a day or 2 but my understanding is that if a case is showing up as waiting for Amazon, it will trigger something with seller support to respond. I think they have some sort of response rate metric when they are answering cases.
