New Account Deactivated. I Need Help

Lemme start by saying that I activated my account on April 23rd after which i was asked to add a chargeable credit card. I was finally able to upload it on the June 16th and my account was charged and deactivated the following day. I have not made any listing yet as i wanted to sort out the credit card issue.

I have been submitting appeals since then as I am ready to list , but they keep telling me that I they do not have enough information to remove the violation. Meanwhile, my account health states ZERO violations

I have uploaded: credit card detail, bank details, and have been approved.

Please i need help on what else to do, I really need my account back.

These are the mails I received from amazon:

(1)Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

To view your account performance and how well it is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon, go to "Account Health":

(2)We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

Why is this happening?

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

From what you have shared, I see that your account has been deactivated for seller identity verification requests and you have questions about your available next steps to address this.

To address the deactivation, you will be asked to provide one of the following to verify your identity and selling account:

-a utility bill for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service dated in the last 90 days. You name and address must be visible and it must match your information in seller central.

-a business license

You may also submit a bank or credit card statement along with a valid government issued ID. At this time, you may continue to submit the requested information; if the information is unable to be verified, we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.

Can you share which documents you have submitted recently? Do you have a service bill in your name that matches the name and address on your selling account? I strongly suggest to review the seller identity help page I linked above to review all the requirements and document requirements.
