Please I need a manual review of my Invoice since it meets all the requirements that AMAZON requests to unlock the brand, which I had already unlocked and has been selling on FBA for months without a problem, I need your help since I am in an automatic response loop from your system and you do not help me with my problem, I have been an FBA seller since February 2024 and my metrics and the health of my account are good, my reviews from my clients show that my products are original, please I need your help and that my case be escalated to a manual review since I have a lot of inventory ready to be sent to your FBA warehouses, plus the one I already have in your warehouses that cannot be sold due to this current problem

So your invoices are from brand approved, B2B ONLY wholesale distributors and you have a LOA from the brand to sell on Amazon?

The invoice attached for the trademark approval request that I had already unlocked for some time is from my authorized distributor. This invoice from my distributor was used to unlock the trademark months ago without any problem. I need my case to be escalated and reviewed manually so I don't receive an automatic response from a BOT. Please can you help me?

Please note that if Amazon believes that a trademark is associated with a product that you are selling that is not approved by the brand for use in connection with that product, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Authorization from the relevant brand owner to show that you have permission to use their registered trademark.
A. Format Checks
• PDF Documents.
• Scanned images of PDF.
• Word (Self declarations are only acceptable if you are the Brand owner).
• Screenshots of email from the domain of Company holding rights to the Protected Brand
B. Component Checks
• Acceptable documentation (physical/digital) should have all of the below components:
• Letter Head from the Company holding rights to the Protected Brand.
• Body of the LOA having all of the essential terms as outlined above.
Signatories:
• Authorized signatory from the Licensor Company.
• Signature/Digital Signature or Stamping or Seal for franking of the document.
INVOICES
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
You invoice should include
• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,
• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)
• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )***
• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central
• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),
• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)
• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
**Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Everything has been sent, invoice for the 365 days that certify the units sold on Amazon, proof of payment for the invoices, proof of UPS shipping from my supplier to my warehouse, the invoices were what were used to unlock the brand at the time, but I always receive the same automatic response from AI and the same loop always with the same response. I need my case to be escalated and reviewed by a real person. I have a lot of money in inventory stopped in my warehouse that is ready to send to FBA.
The invoice has all the information of my authorized distributor, name, email, address, website, telephones, etc. and all my data is also in order as Amazon requests.
My metrics and sales confirm that my account is OK
