Order from buyer named "ae_agl_fba@amazon.com"
Hello seller community,
Has anyone else received an FBA order from a buyer named "ae_agl_fba@amazon.com"? Seller support is telling us with conviction that this order is unrelated to Amazon, which we highly doubt.
We assume this is for Amazon to sell our unit in other markets through FBA but we would love to a confirmation from any other seller having faced the same.

Hello @Seller_bl92ltxy0k17F,
This is really strange. Can you update us what happened? was the order shipped and received?

Hi!
I was just checking my orders and weirdly enough, I saw an order that I couldn't refund. I clicked the buyer named "ae_agl_fba@amazon.com" and I can see a total of 28 orders have been processed for this buyer starting 10 months back in March 2024. I saw your discussion by searching the buyer name on google and I'm surprised to see not alot of people have caught this thing. Because gl means global logistics and agl could be a variant, I too think that amazon is somehow related to it.
p.s. None of the orders were returned.
