Virtual address for FBA business

Hello,

I want to use a Virtual Address service for my Amazon business and have some questions regarding this. The same address will also be used as my correspondence address.

1. Is anyone doing it this way and is this even possible for FBA business?

2. What services would you recommend to look at from a virtual address provider? The obvious things are mail scanning and forwarding. Anything else that would come handy?

3. I understand that my FBA account will need to go through verification process again to confirm new details. The question is, how does it work with virtual addresses and having to provide a utility bill for Amazon to verify? Do I just wait for Companies House to post a confirmation letter to the virtual address provider (as my my new address), they scan it and then email it to me so I can use it as proof of address? Is this how it works?

4. Also, I have read some horror stories about people waiting for months to get their details updated whilst having their FBA accounts suspended at the same time. What is the best issue-free way to go about the business address change on Amazon? Does anyone have any experience with this and some idea what to do to make it as smooth and efficient as possible?
