Can I see Login Acivity and Location?

We have Two-Factor Authentication enabled to log into our account. When logging into seller central, first we insert the password, followed by a One Time Pass (OTP) code sent to a mobile device, when both inserted correctly, access granted.

To receive the OTP in the form of a message on a mobile device, we must first sign in to our Amazon account using email address and password.

Today, and once last month, we received the OTP code from Amazon even though there was no attempt to log in. Shop is closed, all staff gone home (who don’t actually know the password). This is very worrying as we are not experts in security.

Q1. Is it possible to see who has logged in or attempted to log in? If so, from what location?
Q2. To receive the OTP code, does that mean someone has successfully inserted the email address AND password?
Q3. Have you experienced this before? If so, how did you deal with it?
Q4. What’s the worst that could happen?

I did contact SS support when it happened last month but there was no interest or support unfortunately. I’m hoping the support here would be much better.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Official_Plates!

I do agree with The_Little_Shop, please consider changing your password to be on a safe side.

Regarding your Q1 - I will try to look for answer and will get back to you.

Regards,
Maja

I suggest that in addition to changing your password you perform an audit of all devices used to login for security issues - specifically virus and malware checks.
