I have exhausted three attempts to verify my business address
When requesting the postcard I have never received it now it is not allowing me to request another one and it also is not allowing me to contact support or open a case.
Can someone please help me get my account address verified.

Is sounds like this is verification for the INFORM Consumers Act. Is that correct? Do you have any cases open with Seller Support for this that you can share? Are you also saying you are unable to access this link to open a case with Seller Support?

I can see in your account where it shows you have exhausted your attempts for the post card. Can you confirm that your address is updated and readily available to receive mail?
