Recover loss from Fraudulent buyer.
I am hoping someone can help me. A buyer places an order, the item is sent factory sealed. The buyer alleges parts are missing. I have CCTV footage of the item being packed and of the return. The first clearly shows and item factory sealed. the second shows the item returned with parts missing. I submit a SAFE-T claim and are refunded 50%, I report the buyer using report the buyer process. I communicate via seller message, but the message is bounced as buyer has opted out. I write to the buyer. I get a warning about communicating with the buyer outside of seller messaging............... I have tried to use seller support, appeal the warning, contacted managingdirector@amazon.co.uk and got no action.
How do I take this issue forward to:
1 - Recover my loss (remaining 50%)
2 - Deal with the communication issue (surely this policy is illegal as it is an unfair condition placed on sellers as part of the contract with Amazon?) as due to Amazon options I cannot communicate with the buyer, but I legally would be required to.
3 - Who do I take to the small claims court
I would greatly appreciate any advice, especially from someone who has been successful in this area. I have experienced a real significant increase in this kind of behaviour recently and need find a successful approach.
