Lost FBA Shipment, Amazon keep closing case

Hi,

WE NEED HELP!!!

Looking for some advise, we recently shipped two pallets of goods into Amazon, however they have lost both pallets and seem unwilling to investigate, and are now just closing our cases and not returning our phone call requests.

The two pallets were sent on a shipment, for which we have a stamped and signed for as received in full POD by Amazon, which also includes the Amazon Booking-Reference yet they are unwilling to take this as evidence that they received the items, even though the document lists the actual item by ASIN number and the number of pallets received.

The two pallets are of significant value, yet they just keep closing the cases and dismissing the POD, and there own Booking In Reference number, for which they could easily verify the delivery.

Our freight company have been superb, and provided all the details, we have been sending these items in at two pallets a week for months but we seem to be having an issue with this one shipment which was into LCY2 Tilbury.

We are being persistent with Amazon and keep reopening the case and asking for call backs but nothing, not zip, just getting fobbed off by the masses whilst we take a 3k cost hit because they cant be bothered.

We have now started to wind down the FBA side of things until we get this sorted, not only have we lost trust in the whole FBA process, but financially its a nightmare.

Can anyone advise on how to escalate the issue?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Oh, and the system shows they have received three of the 256 items, yet they still are unwilling to admit they received the shipment.

I am feeling very much the same, they lost boxes of our stock from our fourth shipment and then damaged others they already had. I have only recently started using FBA and have stopped sending anything to them because of this.

I am very disappointed in the whole process, I had hoped it would be successful but unfortunately, the experience of using FBA for me has been poor. I had resisted using FBA for years because of the nightmare stories about it on the forums and then decided to give it a try, big mistake I am sorry to say. I don’t need the hassle and stress they create.

But definitely contact these email addresses as Rugsy has suggested. I have also had some success with copying seller performance in my emails that I have sent to the above email addresses. Another idea would be to open a new case as urgent referring to the case number they are ignoring or closing, and choosing the phone option then you do get to speak to someone. I have had some success with that over the last two weeks as I could not get anywhere with them otherwise.

I am having a similar issue. I sent 116 unit to amazon all in one box and they are saying only 66 arrived. I’m also unable to reconcile the shipment. It’s over £800 off goods gone. Seller support are rubbish and you need to send about 10 emails before they start to investigate. It was the same centre LCY2 Tilbury.
Hopefully they will sort their shit out soon.

We sent two boxes to amazon under one shipment, both had mixed asins in them, UPS tracking shows both were delivered same day to MAN2, one added to our inventory following day, other gone missing, and thats about 3 weeks ago.

Customer service as mentioned by other members, is totally useless and not helpful at all, first they refused to accept they received that box, upon me asking them that tracking shows it was delivered so did you receive an empty box! and now I have received another reply from them telling me Yes they received an empty box.

It doesn’t seem like you are dealing with a big company but some small scammers. We are 100% FBA but after this situation we will think twice before sending any stock to FBA, We always buy UPS delivery label through amazon, and you can’t even get any compensation in this kind of situation.

I have sent an email to Managing director and waiting for their response.
