How to Close Spanish Site SAFE?
I don't want to pay more money on es EPR, so i'd have to close my spanish site.
But i do fear that close es site would affect my german and french sites.
How to close es site without hurting other sites?

You can´t close single european sites. The only way is to use the holiday settings for spain. You can change it here:
Additionally, you can delete the inventory in Spain. Just open your inventory and delete all items. Make sure, that you select SPAIN in the box in the top of this site. Deleting the inventory is not absolutely necessary. It is sufficient to select the holiday status for Spain.
But it is absolutely necessary to set your shipping settings for your german, french and other sites. Because spanish customers could buy items on amazon.de or amazon.fr
You should deselect Spain in the international shipping settings in all your templates here:

You should also disconnect the automatic inventory synchronization under
inventory - selling globally - choose country spain
otherwise the system is uploading all your new listed items automaticly in spain, if it is activated
