Account Level Reserve Assistance
I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding our account payments.
Our 10-year-old account has never previously experienced an account-level reserve, however, due to 10x daily run rate increase in sales in July 2024 Prime Day, our account-level reserve caused a zero payment in the last payout cycle. The reserve is still building daily and has surpassed any payment amount our account has ever received.
We have opened many support tickets, however, agents are unable to give us a clear idea of when we will get paid Case IDs: 15782074171, 15782003401,15781454451, 15774435461, they are all in "transferred" status, no further response for 2 weeks now.
Our account has NO A-Z claims and our account health is in good condition with no order defects, chargebacks, etc in the last 60 days.
This unexpected delay and reserve allocation have caused financial strain on our business and made it nearly impossible to advertise any longer. We kindly request your assistance and guidance. Any advice or insight you can provide to help expedite the release of our payments and alleviate this financial burden would be greatly appreciated.

What is account level reserve?
I have reviewed your account and there are no active reserves and your current funds are scheduled to be paid as expected.
