Easy ship didn't picked up the order
I got 4 order and I packed it but none of them get picked up by Amazon easy ship and they charged me for referal fees.How many times I need to fill the form for every order .Easy ship neither contact me nor came to pick the order. And then it's get cancelled. I'm not getting any solution from customer care. Now ,I got one more order and They again didn't picked up. Is there any solution of this it's really pathetic.

first In such case find out the warehouse of amazon near to your location and visit there talk with the ats manager.
Second talk to customer care for mapping your pickup point area with ats it will get solved.
it nothing but a mapping issue with your pick up point.

I am also facing similar issue the pickup person is not coming to pickup the goods and later amazon charges me for inbound transportation fee happening for past 5 months calling support is not helping. Feeling lost and helpless now
