Faulty design?
I've notice after adding items, items seems to be ghosted randomly in "manage your inventory" (ie. not showing up in order of being listed. However, the item is still active on the listing & shows up in manage inventory if you search your inventory).
is this a glitch? Or faulty design?

It is just designed like that. But you can also charge the sorting order acc. to no. of units, alphabetical order of SKU etc.
