Section 3, Code of conduct

Hello,
My Account was deactivated and I am unable to understand what’s the matter behind that although my Account health is healthy but LDR was 12.50% and VTR is 85.71%, I Appeal to Amazon and it got rejected and ask for relevant evidence, and the appeal.
Right Now I am very confused that what to do now the Account is just 2months old and in just 2 months I listed only 2 listings and only got 12 to 13 orders.
one thing more I believed that the reason for deactivation is one of the customers asked for a refund although the was delivered 1 day late after I got a message from the customer for a refund I just asked and share the details of the order and the evidence that shows the parcel was delivered successfully after my massage within 6 to 8 hours my account was deactivated.

Well, your LDR is 3 times higher than is allowed, but that’s likely due to the low volume of orders. VTR doesn’t lead to account suspension, so that can be ignored for now.

You’d need to post the initial message from Amazon as Section 3 can cover a myriad of things, but you mention code of conduct which is sometimes related to dropshipping.

This mail i got from Amazon .

Hello, Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Why did this happen? We took this measure due to your violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801, and your violation of the Amazon Drop Shipping policy https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410. After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk . We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account. You can view your account performance at https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_suspend or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health page shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon. We will not consider your submission if your request does not provide evidence that you will no longer pose a risk. Sincerely, Amazon.co.uk
Thank you, Amazon

The appeal is way too long and has too much fluff. Obviously i know nothing of your business, but for how many staff and different roles you suggest you have it seems surreal that you would be dropshipping / doing arbitrage from other retailers. If you’re a one man band then don’t be afraid to say so.

Aside from all the fluff at the start, there’s a lot of things in there which are completely unrelated to your situation which suggests you’re copying an appeal from somewhere else. For example, what does liability insurance and sales tax have to do with anything?

You also seem to pledge to go 100% FBA but spend a lot of time talking about having correct inventory figures etc. At one point you also say you will make listings inactive if you have low stock in your warehouse even if there’s stock in FBA. That doesn’t make any sense, especially as even if you were to maintain some FBM that would be completely separate from the FBA offer. Plus stock levels for FBM exist for a reason and given you’re saying you have all these systems in place to maintain accurate inventory why would you need to close a listing just because you have limited stock left?

When i read that i assume you’re still planning to buy from retailers but will use your own / plain packaging. That’s not really something you want to do.

Also, don’t promise refunds to basically any customer. For one it can’t really be true if you want to run a business, for two it is irrelevant to your situation.

Personally i wouldn’t appeal again until i already had some invoices / agreements to show Amazon you have sourced new stock.

Rules are rules, if you break them then you will get penalised.
There are no short cuts in running an Amazon store.
