See our title, we are having problems with the delivery of oversized items to Amazon FBA Germany.

We know we can not deliver the goods on standard Euro pallets, i have read the Amazon rules and that states the cartons should be put on bounded pallets.

could anyone advise how we bound the pallets because it is unclear and we dont want our pallets to be refused at the Amazon warehouse.

We planned 2 shipments for amazon to collect pallets in our warehouse. However, they didnt show up for any of them.

Did someone face something similar? Does someone have a clue of what can be?

had the same, I shipped pallets in june, amazon refused at the beginning of july my delivery because the storage was full, it was deliverey finally at the middle of july (short after) and the next day they checked in
