Restricted Product Violations impact on Account - advice needed :(

HELP PLEASE! I received violations back in April and appealed them but they're still there. Impact on Health is still pending, one says "medium". I was told they would be removed eventually but they're still there. One violation back in June I did not appeal and I don't know if I should as they rarely get overturned. What to do? When will they disappear? :(
