Need a little help with the batch upload CSV template
I've been filling out the Wall Art Template to sell my art on amazon, as I have 200+ SKUs so will be a lot quikcer. A few issues I have ran into though:
- There is no product description column in my template, I tried opening in Excel and sheets and both do not have this column, despite it showing up in the example tab but not in the template tab I need to fill out.
- I normally select GTIN exception when creating products as they are handmade non branded products. As I understand it the Product ID column needs a GTIN/ISBN etc to upload. Do I have to apply for a category wide exception before uploading or how does this work?

Once your product is approved, you're good to leave the Product ID and Product ID Type columns empty.

As for your other question, have you contacted seller support about it? It might help to send them the template file you downloaded so they can investigate further.
