ALL FEATURED OFFERS DISAPPEARED (Brand Owner, Only Offer)
I am the brand owner of all my ASINs, they are private label products. Featured offer has been removed from all my listings. My account is enrolled in 'Account Health Assurance', I have 0 violations, nothing on performance notifications, voice is customer is clean, feedback is always address etc... Seller support live chat gives me help page links on how featured offers work, phone support do the same and told me that even if you're the brand owner, the only offer, prices well, doesn't mean you 'win' the buy box (featured offer).
It feels like today Amazon has decided they want to put me out of business and there isn't anything I can do about it. Anybody else experience this? I'm absolutely exasperated with the lack of help, transparency or empathy from Amazon - This is my likelihood, I have suppliers to pay, space rental to pay, bills to pay, employees and of course my family to keep etc, it seems Amazon doesn't care about any of this, if the algorithm decides time is up then time is up. It doesn't have to make sense.

I've had this on and off. One thing that did get flagged as a potential issue is if you sell elsewhere, Amazon want Amazons prices to be the cheapest available to the customer (so an online chat advisor told me). If they perceive your brand is on offer at a better deal elsewhere they will hide your offers from the customer. A bit of tweaking of listings updating adding stuff and the system appears to re-evaluate them.

I've come across this and the best course of action for this is to send a couple of items to FBA, although do the calculations before hand so you know that you make profit and you'll win the buy box and once you get a couple of sales, for example 2 or 3. It will automatically make you become a featured offer for all your listings that you lost previously. This works for me all the time. If you haven't tried this then give it a try.
You don't have to send all your products, just send 5 units of 2 or 3 products.
