Why have they removed your listings? Can you post the notice they sent to you, then someone may be able to advise,

Hello @Seller_rp3NKSJvPvKNB,

This is Sarah from Amazon and I'm happy to assist you.

Have you contacted Seller Support?

Also, please check your Performance Notifications in your Seller Central Account where you should have received communications related to the ASINs removed and the reason why.

Regards,

Sarah.

Hello again @Seller_rp3NKSJvPvKNB,

I followed up with the partner team today. They confirmed they've already informed you of the missing document needed to proceed with the reinstatement.

Is there any barrier on providing the document required?

Hello again @Seller_rp3NKSJvPvKNB,

I was informed by the partner team that the document provided is not a Declaration of Conformity but a Verification of Conformity which can not be considered as a replacement of Declarations of Conformity.

Here are some resources that explain what information should be included in a DoC:

EU declaration of conformity

As a minimum, a DoC must clearly include the following information:

  • The name and full business address of the manufacturer or their authorised representative.
  • The product’s serial number, model or other unique product identification.
  • A statement that the brand owner or manufacturer takes full responsibility for the declaration.
  • Means of identification of the product, allowing traceability.
  • The relevant legislation with which the product complies, as well as any harmonised standards or other means used to prove compliance.
  • Where applicable, details of the notified body, such as name and number, which carried out the conformity assessment procedure, and reference to issued certificates.
  • The name, signature and position of the person signing the DoC.
  • The date on which the declaration was issued.

Technical documentation and EU declaration of conformity

Kind regards,

Sarah.
