Didn't getting any sales from advertisement campaign

We are running 159 campaigns for advertisement. Today we have spend approx 150 pound &amp; got 278 clicks, but didn&#39;t getting any single order from these campaigns. this is very strange. because before today we have received approx 50+ orders for as yet.
