Amzon customer service is shocking
The customer purchased the item without reading the description and mistakenly believed it included a bike. I provided images from the listing that clearly states in multiple places it is a sticker kit. and not a $5000 bike! As this is a custom-made item, we do not accept returns. The customer then accused me of being a scammer and has now left a 1-star review, falsely claiming that I was harassing them!!
Contacted customer service , was advised to report the feedback, i explained that the AI is just looking for keywords and is useless, as expected the ai refused to remove the feedback, appealed the decision to be told that's the customer opinion and they wont remove it.
So apparently customers can just make false accusations that are damaging to myself and my business and they just don't care. Anyone with a brain can just read the messages between myself and the customer to see this is clearly false, its beyond a joke now amazon
Between the shocking customer service and amazon AI messing about with listings all time , I'm about to pull the plug on it

wild guess...does your primary image show a BIKE that is NOT included?
Because for $122, I wouldn't think I am just getting stickers either.....you can actually GET one of those Chinese bikes for that!
Make your second picture your primary one, as you are SUPPOSE TO and maybe people wont be confused anymore. (After you fix your images to have the required white background)
------------------------------------
Main product images
We call the first image on the detail page the "main image." This image is also shown to customers in search results.
Your main product image must meet the following requirements:
Accurately represent the product as a realistic, professional-quality image, including quantity and color.
No placeholders: This includes a temporary placeholder, since the first image uploaded defines the product identity. Using a temporary placeholder can cause your intended image to be blocked from upload.
Have a pure white background (RGB color values: 255, 255, 255) to create a consistent shopping experience for customers across search and product detail pages.
There is a limited number of product types where we allow for a lifestyle image (with no text or extra logos). For more information, go to the Product page style guide.
Show the product as 85% of the image.
No text, logos, borders, color blocks, watermarks, or other graphics covering the product or in the background. Products with multiple pieces must be relative in size, with no one piece enlarged.
Show the entire product within the frame of the image, not cutting off any part
Don’t show accessories or any props that aren’t included with purchase and might confuse the customer.
Only show the product once in the image, for example, front only, and not both the front and the back in the same image.
Show only one unit of the product and any accessories that are included in the purchase. For multipacks or assortments, read further guidance in the Product category section below.

Such a basic mistake to put anything else than the sold product on your main picture! Did you even go through seller university?
So this feedback is justified and will not be removed.
Hopefully it was not YOU who contacted the customer regarding this feedback. Amazon suspends seller accounts for contacting customers in such cases.
Just let it be. Refund the order, accept the feedback, change your picture immediately (because this will happen again!) and be happy that your account is not deactivated.

What did this review say exactly? Copy and paste it here or post a screenshot.
Is it in fact a review or a feedback?
Reviews: the customer leaves a comment on the product page, down under the product description. You don't see this in "Feedback Manager"
Ratings: the customer leaves stars without comment on the product page, down under the product description. You don't see this in "Feedback Manager"
Feedback: are visible in feedback manager, the customer sees them by clicking on your seller name under the price. That is what you see in "Feedback Manager".

Not sure what the point of your post is.
People have offered advice and you've just ridiculed them and said it can't be you because you "have over 9900 reviews and 100% rating on eBay".
So I'm taking a different approach.
You're right. Amazon bad.
Good luck.

Hey @Seller_3y3QD82wKAZFN- I did take a look at your product page, and like the other sellers mentioned in the thread, I would highly recommend switching the main photo to display the stickers first.
