GFSI compliance

Help needed please. Repeated submissions of a GMP certificate for Food Supplements have been rejected when my understanding was that GMP is GFSI verified. No explanation for rejection of course and when i raise a case they just direct me to go through the submission process again with the same outcome. How do i resolve this?

 I am assuming you are in supplements / food. 
 You will need a HACCP, BRC or GFSI certificate. GMP is not going to work or at least has not worked in the past. Discuss with your manufacturer / supplier if they have any of the above maybe ?
