I am experiencing an issue with the verification process for my seller account. When I try to complete the verification, I receive the message "Verification Failed," and I am unable to resubmit my information or documents.

I have already reviewed the data provided, but I didn't find any errors. I also don't see an option to resubmit the necessary documents.

This is NOT Amazon Support team - we are all just sellers, like you - this is a forum - and can not do anything regarding your verification. You could try opening a case with Seller Support (Help), but they cannot action anything to do with verification either, but may pass it on to relevant department..

Did the email tell you not to try again or did it suggest there was an option to upload again?

Edit: is this the same issue as 11 months ago or did you resolve in the meantime?
