Can't reactivate my account
my account was deactivated same day they activated it. This is almost 3 months I have been sending all the documents ask by Amazon, still not activated. The "INCORRECT DOCUMENTS" is what I don't understand because all the documents I sent are what they asked me to send. If you can't activate it please close the account because this is keeping me pending knowing I cannot open another one or do anything about the old account.
Please Amazon or anyone that can help me, I will really appreciate it.

Be careful opening another one as they may ban it as related to the first one. You can have only one account as per Amazon TOS.
Regarding the documents, please read carefully what they are asking for. 3 months is too long. If you provide the right docs they request, it usually takes a couple of days to approve them.
