How do I contact an unverified buyer review?
Hi, I recently received two one star reviews from the same unverified buyer on two separate product listings. It is the same review, worded slightly differently, and posted twice. The issue they have is mold developing on their tallow balm two months after opening. This could be due to them storing improperly as it is a sensitive product but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I would like to refund their order but have no way of matching it up with an order number. There also seems to be no way to contact an unverified buyer. How do I get this resolved? At the very least I would like to get one of the two repeat reviews taken down as they are two different products.

Sellers may not contact buyers regarding product review for any reason.
The only exception is through brand registry, and then only if Amazon has supplied a link. And it will be an Amazon created message.

"Unverified" means they bought the product somewhere else - not on Amazon. You cannot find them here or contact them here. If this is your product, they bought from you somewhere else/somehow else. Do you sell on your own website or other website? Find them there and address their issue there.
