3rd party courier(Delhivery,ECOM) RTO RVP issue

There is no accountability of 3rd courier partner who deliver returns as a RTO or RVP.

There should OTP based delivery of return for these courier partners.

These companies delivery person marks return as a delivered and does not return the shipment at actual.

In our case the delivery person marked the shipments are returned on 24 May 2025 but at actual we have received these shipments on 9th June 2025.

Now Safe t claim is denying the claim due out of eligibility window.
