Read onlyAmazon is really doing everything to ruin my account, and that is totally unacceptable. I never expected that my account would end up in this condition based on some "violations" which are based on misinformation and unchecked data.
Example 1: A few months ago, two of my listings were removed due to a violation of some German law for power strips. However, the items I sell have nothing to do with the items mentioned in this law. Somehow, the Amazon bot decided that it was the right decision. While this isn't a big deal for me, the fact that it caused a loss of health points is really disheartening.
Example 2: I am selling a product of the "<PLACEHOLDER>" brand. Suddenly, I received a violation for "potential trademark misuse." I wrote to support with various pictures from the manufacturer’s site, showing them that the product I sell is absolutely original and can also be found in the manufacturer’s catalog. Despite this, I received a bunch of clichés from their side, but no points restoration and no real support.
Example 3: The whole GSPR regulations issue. Despite the fact that I have already uploaded most of the "contact person," "manufacturer information," and "warning and safety information," and some of them are already in "approved" status, the number of listings that are in "regulatory compliance" status is still there. I am not aware whether this could be the reason for the decline in my health points.
In summary, Amazon is literally doing everything to ruin my account with a bunch of totally unreal "violations," and there is no hope from the support. I would love to contact a real Amazon representative who could help me with this.
