Tried for months to close my account but all my queries are been transferred and not answered
I've not had goods in inventory for months neither have I sold anything for months.
All my European accounts have been inactive for over a year but somehow, I can't close them.
What is frustrating is that all my queries are been 'transferred' but not replied to and now, charges are been added to accounts that have had no stock and no sale for over a year.
I've tried, messages and chat, no reply except for this cryptic one from chat: 'Dummy email body for Ekko (Paragon) contact'
What does that even mean?
I have retired but somehow, Amazon is still holding me hostage.
Why won't they close the accounts? Does it look good on paper to show so many account holders? Well, it won't look good for me as I've retired but somehow still hold accounts with Amazon?

Had your account been deactivated for any reason ? - because if so you cannot fully close a deactivated account - you either have to get it reactivated or just allow to go dormant, making sure that all countries are on holiday setting.

What are the charges for ? - is it the pro plan fees (£30 a month). If so you need to downgrade the selling plan so you're not charged anymore. If not, then is it possible that you have had goods returned to other marketplaces, in which case it could be storage fees, or VAT ??
