Hi,

Amazon asked us to put Age Restriction Attribute on one of our callus remover products when we updated it the violation got solved but now after 24h our inventory got stranded and stranded reason is Qualification required. When we are trying to request approval it says

We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other rp_3p_offer in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Personal Care Appliances category in Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Listings constantly being disabled because the customer restriction type hasn't been updated with uk_18_ecigs?

I used to make sure this was updated every time i created a listing however the customer restriction type is completly missing of the product creation information so its impossible to update it?

Once the listing is created it still displays the age requirement information on the listing as if the attribute was inserted so why are the listings being removed?

You cant ask sellers to include certain information for a product if you have removed the attribute and then remove the listing because the attribute is not populated.

I wish amazon would actually reach out and help as this is a issue that has been going on for months now!

Be very careful as you need to add an age restriction attribute which I'm finding impossible to do for over a month now for a small camping knife. Amazon are no help with this issue.
