Royal Mail cutting back on delivery offices
So I went to the Royal Mail delivery office today to drop off my seller-fulfilled tracked items to find out they are cutting back nationwide.
As of 2 weeks from now they will be going from 9am-7pm to 8am - 10am.
This will seriously hinder the ability to get seller fulfilled prime items dropped off and delivered on time. I’d rather avoid using crap like Hermes and Yodel etc who trash parcels.
Is anyone else in the same boat here? any solutions?

I think each delivery office is completely different, mine doesn’t open at all on a Monday for example.
However I can leave my mail bags at the local post office and they are collected from there.

Royal Mail are offering free collections these days for tracked items, may be worth speaking to them to see if you can get mail collected ?

Don’t use Royal Mail - we tried it, but it was no good.
In the end they tried to double our prices.

I think the revised opening hours starts 8th Aug. The opening hours will fall into one of 6 categories.
Ours was open 8am - 7pm but cutting back to 4pm weekdays. (12pm on a mon & saturday).
