Hello Sellers,
@amazon
I’ve been facing two product authenticity complaints—one with high impact (listing removed) and one with no impact (listing still active). Despite submitting complete and accurate documentation multiple times, I’m stuck in a loop with Amazon Support. Here’s what’s happened so far:
First Submission: I provided invoices, receipts, bank statements, and photos of the items, all matching the product detail page description and images. The invoices and receipts are from an authorized distributor.
Rejected: They claimed they don't accept "order confirmation details," but these are actual invoices and receipts.
Second Submission: Resubmitted with additional evidence, including bank statements showing payments to the distributor.
Rejected: "Not enough information," and they cannot disclose specifics due to "privacy reasons."
Third Submission: Included a signed letter from the distributor confirming my company purchased the items.
Rejected: Same vague response as above.
I’ve now sent this information six times. All documents are unaltered, legitimate, and directly from the authorized distributor. It seems like a robot is reviewing my submissions and not understanding the context.
I’m at a loss on what to do next. Does anyone have suggestions or contact information for an escalation point or leadership email? I need someone to review this thoroughly, as it’s severely affecting my business.
Any help or advice is much appreciated!
