Send to Amazon - Freight and Truck Load shipping mode and excel file upload only

The Send to Amazon seems to have changed to limit shipments to ONLY Freight and Truck Load shipping mode and excel file upload. Normally, when we get to the step 1b - Pack individual units (the choice we typically make), the system allows you to select the packing information, multiple boxes will be needed, estimate the # of boxes, and we can submit the details using the packing template. Then we can submit that detail and choose our small pack shipment method. However, the system is defaulting to "Freight and Truck Load shipping mode and excel file upload only", forcing us to use LTL shipping which we absolutely do not want. I have contacted Seller Support and they've indicated this issue has to go to their Technical Team and it could take up to 3 days to address. Is anyone else having this problem?
