We are assuming if you block out NI from shipping settings GSPR does not apply?
Also if we were to add a product to FBA (which had ever been on there before) we could block out NI or just not select it?
We have played around with a listing where we were specifically asked whether the product was to be sold in Ireland? We were assuming this was an Amazonism and they really were trying to differentiate between the UK and split NI out. They just added the location as Ireland as a whole not NI.
We are blocking NI out of our web business full stop and trying to make sure that we have no involvement with NI based on GSPR.

As far as we know - you can't block out Northern Ireland from FBA.
The Ireland question, could that be related to the fact amazon are introducing and amazon.ie store in 2025?
Hello @Seller_CJAn9FclIoBJn,
I'm Angie, part of the UK forum community. It's a pleasure to greet you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to selectively block Northern Ireland from your FBA shipments. FBA Shipping Programmes and Export offers only two options:
Disabled: Limits orders to UK postal addresses only.
Worldwide: Allows orders from over 80 countries, including the European Union.
Regards,

Just curious if anyone has checked yet to see if their FBA listings for GSPR non-compliant listings are showing as purchasable when using a Northern Ireland location?
