Login OTP Issue - Constantly saying 'Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP.'
I am unable to log in.
Every time I try, I’m told ‘Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP’.
No attempt is made to send an OTP’. Requesting a replacement OTP (by text or phone) over any timescale presents the same result; an attempt isn’t even made to send me an OTP and there is no box for me to potentially enter one in to if it did.
This is the same for my Primary & Secondary User Accounts

Hi i hope this info helps if u have an amazon buying account on ur phone go to settings then log in security then 2 step verification then add a authenticator app and that should work just did this the now hope this helps

I think this is an Amazon problem, several people in our business have had the same issue. For some people it has resolved itself but I had to click on the help button and raise a case about it. Amazon then reset my account and it seems to be ok.

Hi. I had this issue this morning. It happens randomly. I cleared the cookies and cache on my browser, refreshed the page and it worked right away.

The OTP code can take up to one minute to arrive on your device. We recommend that you wait at least a minute before you click Send OTP a second time.
