Frustration with Amazon Selling: Struggling with Delivery Issues and Listing Problems

I'm truly disheartened by my experience selling on Amazon. Despite my relentless efforts to improve my listings, increase rankings, and ensure timely deliveries by personally visiting the Delivery Agent (DA) office, I've hit numerous roadblocks. I even invested time and resources into learning Amazon Ads, analyzing trends, and optimizing my Click-Through Rate (CTR), all with the hope of growing my business.

However, as I made progress, the DA office began refusing to pick up my orders, directing me to other sellers' offices and occasionally making me call their office for pickup. To make matters worse, I invested in a professional product shoot to enhance my images, only to face policy violations or endless delays when trying to update them. Even after waiting 72 hours as instructed, my new photos often failed to upload, causing my listings to become inactive and their search visibility to be suppressed.

The inability to run ads on inactive listings has rendered my investments in photo shoots and advertising almost useless. It’s disheartening to see so many success stories online when my own experience has been fraught with such challenges and disappointments. Despite all the time, effort, and money I've invested, I'm left feeling disillusioned and struggling to see any returns.

So I see mainly 2 points here:

1- Pickups: what is the current situation? do you still have issues regarding this matter?

2- Image uploading: this incident has happened with a specific product or generally whenever you try to update an image from your account?

Also, for both points, have you already reported them to Seller Support?
