Urgent Issue Regarding ASINs – Refund Confirmed but Listing Problems Persist
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
Today, I have confirmed the refund for the lost product. However, there is still an issue. Please refer to the attached screenshot (Capture 1).
The parent ASIN, B0DR7425SJ, has two child ASINs: B0DR74Q447 and B0DR749FDL.
For B0DR74Q447, which was the refunded product, there are still 7 units marked as reserved.
For B0DR749FDL, all 24 units appear as active, but when I visit the product detail page, it is not available for sale (refer to Capture 2).
I am a new seller on Amazon, and it is frustrating that I have not been able to sell my products for nearly two months. My product is a winter seasonal item, and at this rate, it will remain in stock until the end of the year.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I have continuously contacted Seller Support regarding this issue, but I keep receiving automated responses every day.
