Before appealing, you need to decide whether you are going to simply admit your guilt and delete the products in question or dispute Amazon’s decision.
The first option is the easiest one.
All you need to do is remove any listings with complaints, describe in your Plan of Action how you carefully reviewed all the relevant Amazon policies and all your remaining listings to ensure there are no more prohibited items.
Here is an example appeal, which already helped multiple sellers get reinstated. Don’t copy entire sentences but rewrite it using your own words to address your specific situation:

I got 2 notification, one ingredient is not even in the soap - never heard of that ingredient
and the other notification amazon believes is some sort of pill X instead of soap - how to deal with that?
